Mama Stella, has been running Carmello’s authentic Italian restaurant for over 32 years. She approaches cooking with a deep emphasis on family-style meals and creating the most delicious, wholesome dishes. When she’s not in her restaurant kitchen, Mama Stella enjoys spending time with good friends and her family.
